I’m getting wiped out by the Kondratieff wave. I wonder who is riding in the tube? How is this economy affecting you?

I get many of these messages in email passed along to me on a regular basis. I haven’t tried to go out an validate whether it is true or not. Emotionally, it feels like it is true, given the current trend in the government. But then that IS the intent of these messages, to charge someone up emotionally. If you can prove either way, please reply to this post and share.
This is an insult and a kick in the butt to all of us… Get mad and pass it on – I don’t know how, but maybe some good will come of this travesty.
If the immigrant is over 65, they can apply for SSI and Medicaid and get more than a woman on Social Security, who worked from 1944 until 2004.
She is only getting $791 per month because she was born in 1924 and there’s a ‘catch 22.’ It is interesting that the federal government provides a single refugee with a monthly allowance of $1,890. Each can also obtain an additional $580 in social assistance, for a total of $2,470 a month.
This compares to a single pensioner, who after contributing to the growth and development of America for 40 to 50 years, can only receive a monthly maximum of $1,012 in old age pension and Guaranteed Income Supplement.
Maybe our pensioners should apply as refugees! Consider sending this to all your American friends, so we can all be ticked off and maybe get the refugees cut back to $1,012 and the pensioners up to $2,470. Then we can enjoy some of the money we were forced to submit to the Government over the last 40 or 50 or 60 years Please forward to every American to expose what our elected politicians Have been doing over the past 11 years – to the overtaxed American.

Jack Welch, former CEO of GE was on the news this morning.
Tax policies and business climate in the state of Rhode Island depict what would happen in the United States if the Obama tax plan takes hold.
Rhode Island has the highest business taxes in the nation, and as such no business wants to be in Rhode Island. M
Who’s going to create jobs? McCain or Obama?
Perhaps the grocer, the baker, or the blacksmith needs some help.

Is Obama really change?

Is voting for Obama really making a change? Let’s just look at the college educations of the last 3 presidents in comparison to Barack Obama.
George H Bush – Yale University
Bill Clinton – Yale University & Oxford
George W Bush – Yale University & Harvard University
Barack Obama – Harvard University
John McCain – United States Naval Academy
Which one do you suppose is the real change?

At the end of World War I, Germany was both a democracy and a country that was heavily in debt where inflation was out of control and severe social problems were a grave concern. Adolf Hitler promised to CHANGE his Germany and restore the “respect” that many Germans thought was so unjustly taken from them.
Funny how history repeats itself.
He alone, who owns the youth, gains the future
– Adolf Hitler
Make the lie big, make it simple, keep saying it, and eventually they will believe it.
— Adolf Hitler
It is always more difficult to fight against faith than against knowledge.
— Adolf Hitler
I am not saying that Barack Obama is like Adolf Hitler. I am saying that the campaign tactics being employed are like those Hitler employed over the youth of Germany in the 1930’s.
The usage of fear, emotion, propaganda, and religious symbolism is all too similar.
Of course there could be another reason for the blind devotion of his followers.
